TCG Monthly Points Glitch?

How does puppin consistently have so many points?  This is the 2nd or 3rd month now.  Also he refuses to play me, probably because I can beat him fairly regularly.

He plays everyone every chance he gets except you


Also his points are bugged - they're not raising like they should
