bump bc I have something to contribute to this.

I made some bumper boat graphics for UN that were never used. The idea was to make a water sumo/fallout/KOTR event, where instead of slashing about, you use the boats to push each other out of the arena. The boats have momentum that affects the force of the bump, and when you bump someone, you would go back a bit too. I'd be willing to send those sprites this way, even.

I think that could work well. The issue with slashing on horse/boats is that you can only do so in one direction.

I fully support this idea for an event. Are there scripts already for this, or just the sprites?

if there were, I never had access to them. and I can't script. hell I can hardly draw

here's these, feel free to touch them up or whatever if anyone wants to use them. despite the filenames I don't think they were ever even uploaded to un

edit nvm can't attach them all, there's one and here's all the recolors

Could probably work as something separate to horses/boats, where your movement can be 360 degrees and have acceleration/deceleration, hold the arrows in a direction before slashing to slash in that direction.

For the boat concept I had, you wouldn't even need to slash, it's just physically bumping into each other. Imagine the present "ice"  movement modifier, but with physics where contact and speed of contact pushed other players. That was the idea.

I really like this idea. In my opinion the server needs more events that are not mindless PKing. There needs to be a little variation.
