Quote Button Doesn't Work

I mean for quick reply and quoting from other people's posts.  The formatting button just above the text box works just fine when replying.  Is this just me?

If you're going to make changes to the forums, can you change the size of the fonts that are in quotes. I have a hard time reading them.
