bump bc I have something to contribute to this.

I made some bumper boat graphics for UN that were never used. The idea was to make a water sumo/fallout/KOTR event, where instead of slashing about, you use the boats to push each other out of the arena. The boats have momentum that affects the force of the bump, and when you bump someone, you would go back a bit too. I'd be willing to send those sprites this way, even.

I think that could work well. The issue with slashing on horse/boats is that you can only do so in one direction.

Skipping while inside of the intro will now skip the entire movie rather than just your current scene. I thought this was best as a lot of new accounts seem to log off while within the intro.

I've reduced the damage region of the fire slightly so that you can walk edge-on with it. The only way I've been able to reproduce the pillar issue is by throwing bombs on to the fire while Voluran is still controlling the pillars, is this how you produced the bug?

(on that subject, I've made the bombs explode sooner when placed on the fire as well)

A new dungeon can now be accessed in the East of Graal City (towards Master Li's Woods). It is not required to have completed any of the storyline beyond owning a sword in order to begin this quest, though for reasons that shall be learned one can not simply "walk" in to the Mausoleum.

With the release of this quest it is now possible to obtain a 5th heart. It may also be worth looking out for hidden Trading Cards or Gelat chests.

In A Link to the Past there are some levels where the bottom floor on the map can be seen in the background scrolling before you get down there. I was wondering what kind of programming nightmare that might be if even possible at all in Graal.

It would be a nightmare of astronomical proportions.

I was also wondering if it would be possible to implement a height element in Graal so that rather than only X and Y there could actually be a 3D field involving Z movement (could be used for jumping, falling, flying, whatever you might imagine). That way you couldn't attack enemies with projectiles through cliff wall tiles and the like, or if you threw a bomb from a cliff it would fall a little bit further. This is not the same idea as level layering.

I don't see any reason why this couldn't be done if someone really wanted to do it, but it's not something that would be possible on this server without a massive overhaul to the systems, and the amount of resources it would use up if made in GScript would be problematic. The required scenario for a Graal server to pull this off in any meaningful capacity would be a new Graal Graal client with this built in to the default systems.

What about strategically discarding a level 0?

I think a better solution may be less random hand dealing, so where possible there would never be more than 1 level 3 or 4, and no more than three level 0s etc.

As of writing 22 new Trading Cards have been scattered around the world ready to be collected.

For most of these cards a map icon can be purchased for 20 Gelat at the Trading Card House, provided a card is obtainable. Other cards are hidden within dungeons, while some cards require statistics such as Spar Wins.

It should be noted that cards obtained from secret locations are not tradable.
